Everything Confirmed Before Installation

Before installation begins, we confirm cable routes, charger position, containment and protection. We assess the supply characteristics and ensure the installation is properly designed before any connections are made.

Installed Correctly From the Supply Upwards

We confirm earthing arrangement, bonding, main fuse rating and existing demand before installing a dedicated EV circuit. The Zappi charger is supplied from correctly sized cable with suitable protection and full compliance with BS 7671.

Fully Tested and Commissioned

After installation, we carry out full electrical testing using calibrated equipment, followed by EV chargepoint functional testing using a specialist EVSE adapter. We then commission the charger, verify setup and demonstrate correct operation before handover.

Certification, Compliance & DNO Notification

Every MyEnergi Zappi installation is fully certified in line with BS 7671. You receive the Electrical Installation Certificate and EV chargepoint documentation, and we complete formal DNO notification as part of the standard process.
