Your Ohme is supplied from a dedicated circuit with correctly selected protection and tidy terminations. We confirm earthing and bonding and check supply details before anything is energised.
Fully tested and documented
Once the circuit is wired, we test it with a calibrated multifunction tester — continuity, insulation resistance, RCD/RCBO operation and earth fault loop impedance. We then prove operation with a live charge and issue certification on completion.

What We Do Technically on an Ohme Home Pro Install
- Confirm supply type, earthing arrangement, main fuse rating and existing maximum demand before design
- Design a dedicated EV circuit to BS 7671 Section 722 using correctly sized cable and a sensible route
- Install appropriate overcurrent and additional protection (commonly Type A RCBO where suitable)
- Install and configure load management CT monitoring where required to protect the main service fuse
- Carry out continuity, insulation resistance, RCD/RCBO operation and earth fault loop impedance tests
- Prove operation with a live charging test and issue certification on completion
